  After an internal training period in February 2014 , you will participate in level 3 work for the SEBU products in particular for Fuel-POS, Crypto VGA and the related servers like Oase system, petrol server , Petrol Manager.
  Your main tasks:
  • Investigate incoming SSD level 3 AME problems: analyze, resolve the problems by inventing solutions.
  • In case of software defects, analyze and pass it to the software engineers.
  • Log problems / defects in the SEBU trouble log database and do follow up of these defects.
  • Train SSD level 3 AME service engineers. Eventually assisted by other level 3 engineers or software engineers.
  • Assist SSD Level3 AME on site for the installation of new application (e.g. FCC for TOTAL )
  or for difficult problem .

  Under the coordination of Level3 SEBU Supervisor Alex GORIS you will :
  • Participate in the pre-release testing phase, more specifically where it concerns the AME/DOM TOM release projects
  • Test news releases and updates before field installation take place. This together with the test team Bladel and the SEBU level 3 colleagues in Belgium.
  • Control and update the installation manuals.
  • Participate in testing of new hardware components.
