En résumé

As a researcher at Observatories ICT & Management of the Politecnico di Milano School of Management I am responsible for the mapping of the major Venture Capital (VC) firms currently active in Italy and some of the major VC and Private Equity companies in France and UK. During this year I’ve also mapped the existing start-up from the pre-seed to pre-IPO level and I have met at least one of the advisors of several Italian funds.
This study is aimed at creating a new VC fund for financing pre-seed and early stage start-ups. As coordinator of the research I have dealt with the analysis of the major VC funds, the identification of the phases of the new VC investment funds, the management of relationships with future members of the management company.
I am also the coordinator of Start-up Boosting by Osservatori, a new start-up cup launched by Osservatori, whose goal is to find twice a year new startups in the Italian ICT sector to invest in.
In parallel with these activities, starting from January 2011, I also plays the role of office manager of the research group. I manage the work at office of 63 researchers and I support the scientific research coordinators in other fields in setting the strategic lines of action by setting their needs.

    2008 - maintenant As a sales manager I dealt with the sale of advertising space of the two magazines published by the company - Wireless4innovation and ICT4Executive - and seven newsletter. Moreover, I have always done business development activities to acquire new customers through direct marketing and meetings in person.
    As an account manager I managed the relationships with my top clients Vodafone, (IBM, Toshiba, Oracle) and medium (Interactive Media, Datalogic and others), developing their advertising campaigns both on paper and online.
    I also coordinated and managed the company's presence at major trade shows (SMAU, World Business Forum, the IAB Forum).

    2005 - 2008 As a business analyst I've participated to several researches on the Mobile & Wireless technologies solutions based (cellular networks, Wi-Fi and WiMAX, RFId, etc.) with a special focus on the economical tangible and intangible benefits for the Italian small and medium enterprises and Public Administrations.
    I've also achieved some business analyses on ICT solutions for the major companies in the Italian market (Autodesk, Vodafone, Microsoft) and some researches on new Italian start-up and their major sources of financing.
