    2012 - 2014 perform as administrator for all LAN, Servers, PCs, Databases, Web Servers and applications managed by the ISC. Routinely performs application, database, and Web Server development and serves as 1st line helpdesk support operator performing problem resolution and end-user technical assistance. Administers new user accounts, makes password changes, resolves e-mail problems, performance monitoring and load balancing, and system backups. Establish vendor contacts. Helps with acquisition and installation of systems and network hardware. Installs stand alone PCs and their software. Operates help desk to respond to request from users. Identifies software problems. Maintains appropriate records including LAN event logs, inventory, work orders, and LAN security documentation. Performs routine maintenance and complex equipment repairs as well as database and application program development. Recommends short and long-term systems procurements. Recommends whether replacement, repair on failure, or repair under a maintenance contract is more cost effective for owned equipment. Reports on network and systems performance and productivity. Analyzes organization's work process and LAN system to determine if improvements can be made and recommends appropriate changes.
