I was able to gather an important knowledge thru a Master's degree in computer engineering, option Networks, improved by projects, trainings and certifications especially in ITIL v3, Information Security ISO/IEC 27002 and PRINCE2 Project management.
The main personal competencies helped to succeed in my functions are the ability to work on my own initiative, prioritise and manage workload effectively, often under pressure, also to work in a team environment to achieve service levels as a group and individually. I am always trying to think logically and analyse situations to solve problems. I can communicate in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.
