Moho Nord Project for Total E&P Congo
o PCF ‘Planning Chemin de Fer’ team leader ( PCF: linear scheduling method used on MOHO Nord project in order to prevent clashes between the different vessels during the offshore installation operations and a better follow-up of offshore operations.)
Responsible for planning coordination of all offshore activities in Congo.
In charge of PCF overall optimisation in order to guarantee an early Moho Nord First Oil.
In charge of commissioning and start up sequence update.
Check the possibility of SIMOPS and COMOPS operation.
Analyse during the preparation phase all shutdowns in order to reduce their global duration.
Assure the update of the operations planning (5 weeks) (use of the linear scheduling method) on a weekly basis.
Register day by day and represent on a map the daily progress in term of equipment installation (subsea).
o Planning leader for the packages: Drilling, Geosciences/ Subsurface, Alima, Djeno and Nkossa fields.
o Assist and, when necessary, subrogate the Project Planning Leader in organising and conducting planning and scheduling activities.
Overall Integrated schedule ‘OIS’ database update, issuance of OIS level 0 up to level 2 schedules, critical paths, forecasting dates, etc.
Preparation of additional schedules and simulations as and when required by Project Management.
Update TEPC ‘Total Exploration & Production Congo’ affiliate schedules in the TEPC data base and weekly issuance of 5 Weeks (35 days) Look Ahead for Alima, Djeno and Nkossa fields.
Monthly update and issuance of Moho Nord project 3 Months look ahead schedule in TEPC database.
Assistance of building 24 months TEPC schedule on a quarterly basis.
Monthly Update and issuance of schedule Interfaces.
o Organize and lead the progress and reporting functions of the Project.
Issue project reports (highlights, weekly, monthly and six months) to the corporate PJC ‘Project & Construction’ department and / or other predefined internal and external recipients.
Ensuring that all reports are issued in compliance with the corporate requirements.
Preparation of additional reports or presentations as and when required by project management.
Participating to or conducting internal quality audits in relation with QA Manager in view of controlling the respect of progress and reporting internal procedures.
Preparation, update and monitoring the progress reporting tool and project key indicators.
Control and monitoring of progress tables and S-curves of project packages and issuance of project overall progress table and S-curves.
Progress reporting to the partners and the corporate PJC department.
o Checking and commenting Packages, contractors or vendors procedures, schedules, cost, invoices and progress.
o Assistance of update PDC ‘project development cycle’, LOP’ life of project’ curve and CAPEX.
o Complying with HSE requirements and taking part in the implementation of the Safety Culture process “IMPACTS” within Moho Nord Project.
Moho Nord Subsea Exploration and Production Project
The $10bn project, located 75Km off the coast of Pointe Noire in the Republic of Congo.
The project split in 15 packages: Drilling, TLP, FPU, SPS, UFR, ALIMA (existing FPU), Djeno onshore field and Nkossa existing platform; and transversal packages such us field operations, HSE, quality, local content, etc.
28 subsea wellheads tied back to floating production units (FPUs) and with 17 more wells from a new tension leg platform (TLP). The construction involves more than 50 subsea structures, 230km of rigid pipelines, 23km of flexible pipes, 50km of umbilicals and numerous manifolds, pumps, control system components and multiphase jumpers. By 2016, 140,000 (boe/d). TOTAL as operator 53.5%, CHEVRON 31.5% & and state-owned Congo national petroleum company (15%).
