     Managing logistics and data coding of a production building (Raw material reception & storage / Production Staging / Finished Goods shipping to outside warehouse, production run sheet encoding) as well as repackaging of products (including preparation of samples) through the leadership of 2 + 10 persons (data clerk, supervisor + operators).
     Managing the production efficiency/reliability of the Paper Coatings & industrial emulsions product lines (GMP Manufacturing) through the leadership of two manufacturing engineers.

    Seneffe 1998 - 2000  Layout analysis to establish space/capital requirements to support increasing business.

    Seneffe 1997 - 1998 Within the SAP implementation team: training end-users, SAP fine tuning, master data gathering/loading, and logistics/warehousing support during/after implementation (May 98).
