• Providing technical support for the affiliate growers on fertilization, pests control, harvesting, good production practices…;
• Managing & coaching a task force (4 technicians) : Hiring, training & supervision;
• Implementing and supervising Driscoll’s specifications for Food safety and Ethics on all the production chain;
• Up-grading/implementing different certification schemes: Global GAP, TESCO Nurture, BRC, PIAQ, Field to fork…;
