Responsibilities:
AS Senior Mechanical Qa/Qc Engineer
- Writing quality control plans (Mechanical, welding, E&I, telecom and Civil)
- Implement and monitor QHSE action plans and prepare documentation in accordance with the Client requirements
- Monitoring and implementation of Quality Control Plans
- Working-out of work/quality procedures according to vigor specifications.
- Assist in meetings with the client and put forward in action the teams decisions
- Management and monitoring of non-compliance (non-conformities).
- Coordination, planning of hydrostatic tests with client.
- In-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedure including flange alignments, torqueing, cleanliness etc.
- Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection till final acceptance of the piping systems.
- Inspection and control of anticorrosion protection works, wrapping, holiday test and cathodic protection.
- Supervision of civil engineering works (excavation, drain, building, roads).
- Supervision of electricity and instrumentation works (Insulation, continuity, loop-check, flushing, High potential test)
- Preparation of the mechanical completion documentation.
AS Mechanical Engineer:
- Carry out maintenance work of CPF equipments (vessel, exchanger, stabilizer heater, column..).
- Supervise and assist a mechanical team.
- Determine work scope of every work order.
- Determine risk assessement of every work order.
- Supervision of Installation and assume all on site work modification
- Performing piping walkdown inspection and completing punch list. Verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing.
- Inquiring of adequate materials for the hydrostatic and pneumatic tests.
- Preparation and working in shut down of CPF.
- Carrying out of the calibration and compliance certificates
- Execution and followed of the hydrostatic tests.
