  2012 - maintenant Project: GB Maintenance division (GJC/Groupment Berkune).
  My role:
   Standardizing materials, spares, equipment and tools required for maintenance work.
   Initiating procurement of supplies and ensuring availability of economical stock level. (Material Purchase requisition tracking). Liaison with department achat.
   Directing and participating in the compilation of competent plant and equipment maintenance data
   Review and analysis Data to establish reliability, to ensure availability of equipment.
   Prepares scope of work for service contracts or service order.
   Initiating request to establish Service contract or order.
   Prepare CDM strategy and single source justification ( SSJ) if required.
   Prepare NOP for eventual amendment or regularisation SC or SO
   Analyze and evaluate vendor’s qualifications and submitted bids in respect of company's work and recommend acceptance or rejection of the same
   Ensures that the Company and statutory safety requirements are adhered to in all maintenance activities undertaken by Company personnel and external Contractors
   Check and validation of the time sheet with in T&C of the SC or SO.
   Compiling and send vendor reports as required at the job accomplishment to document list
   Compiling and submitting reports as required and at the relevant frequency to manager.
   Raises & reviews plant modifications (FCP) and liaises with and engineering personnel to ensure acceptance and timely implementation of related projects.
   Contributing to the development and updating of a formal maintenance system for production facilities.
   Participate in General overhaul maintenance, elaboration schedules and a resource for maintenance in field. Long term( 5 Years ) plan and short term maintenance plan (1 year)
  
   Prepare and review maintenance Procedures of all systems and equipment, and practices in the plant.
   Cataloguing spare parts ensuring availability of economical stock level.
   Develop list of materials and spare parts and associate spare part list to parent equipment.
   Ensure equipment repair and refurbishment for safety critical items meets acceptable standards.
   Ensure availability of equipment and tools required for effective maintenance work.
   Prepare material and spare part for the maintenance work order.
   Material identification, technique reception and provide feed back to material coordinators.
   Perform technical evaluation of the material and spare part. Liaison with A&C coordinators.
   Work pack preparation for all planned inspection and major maintenance operations.( statutory equipments and rotating machines)
   Close completed work order, with in requested information.
   Data collection for musis update.
   Compiling and submitting reports as required and at the relevant frequency to manager CDS
  
  
  Other knowledge's
   Perfect Control of Word, Pascal, matlab, symbole2000, 20sim, Excel, Windows and tool Internet.
   Mastering of a wide range of computer software packages, platforms, programming languages and software's.
   Driving licence and JGC/KBR driving licence.

  2006 - 2007 superviseur isolation industriel IN AMENAS Gaz Project (tikantourine) JGC/KBR. Using PERMIT: Hot and cold work permit, insulation permit, and excavation permit, permit to work, confined space.
   Being through all training required:
  TSTI, fall protection, Confined space, PTW, Ringing, LOCK OUT /TAG OUT, Fire watcher, Scaffolding.
