Over 8 years of leadership, management and engineering experience, including responsibility extensive of project management, allowed me to have the most appropriate skills for a position of management in engineering or any other service.

In addition, I have a very good perception of wire harness harness industry and the automotive industry in general.

Currently I manage a multidisciplinary engineering department, with a team of a dozen engineers, several technicians and production teams.

Motivated, dynamic and organized, I quickly integrate a new team.

All this makes that today I consider myself able to answer any kind of mission which will be able to correspond to my ambitions.

    Tanger 2015 - maintenant - Lead Forward Model Manufacturing engineering team to achieve cost, quality, timing and customer satisfaction deliverables.,
    - Responsible for successful launch of new project by achieving manufacturing plant expectations,
    -Oversight to Achieve Successful Completion of Customer Run at Rate Event.
    - Oversight of New Program Manufacturing assumptions including Investment & New Technology.
    - Draw the objectives of the engineering PPD department based on department results by defining challengeable new objectives and following the management expectation,

    Mission since October 2017: prepare and follow the KSK setup in term of system and industrialization of KSK system as a new experience for the plant and follow any new implementation in case of new line to launch,

    Tanger 2013 - 2015 - Pilot and supervise engineering teams (New projects: HFE RSA, GM BMPV, XFD FSA, CB PSA ...).
    - Ensure the industrialization of new projects, approve project launch and new project activities follow-up,
    - Monitor investments related to the industrialization of new projects,
    - Ensure the correct interpretation and implementation customer’s specification
    - Ensure the follow-up of the PFMEAs (launch of PFMEA specific new projects, update of the generic PFMEA, communicate and respond to the new concepts of the European organization, provide training ...).

    Tanger 2010 - 2013 - Planning and monitoring of the new M3M4 project (PSA): Equipment definition, Capacity study, Design of new processes and working methods, Training of production teams.
    - Study, design and development of new production processes gathering with customer requirements.
    - Continuous analysis of the operation of methods, proposal of improvements to adapt methods to technological developments and increase their reliability and reduce the costs.
    - Evaluation and study of the feasibility of the technical change requests proposed by the customer (analyzes, tests, cost, timing, methods), negotiation of the results of the evaluation with the customer.
    - Key contact between the customer and the factory at the technical level (approval of changes, proposal for technical improvement, technical translation of customer expectations).
