  * Verify heat number, inspection during fabrication and erection such as pipe cut length, edge preparation, fitup, branch connections, flanged joints, valve connections.
  * Co-ordination with client's inspectors. ;
  * Material receiving inspection and preparation of all required reports.
  * Assist the welding inspector and check dimensional/welding joints for carbon steel, stainless steel.

• ARAMCO - Technical coordinator & welding Inspector

  2011 - 2012 Responsibilities:
  
  * Supervision of fabrication and erection of piping work.
  * Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering
  requirements.
  * Coordinate with QC inspector for implementation of Quality Control Procedure, Inspection Test Plan
  requirements for piping.
  * Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule,
  Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.
  * Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test
  packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
  * Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
  * Manage the modification in piping work as per requirement on site.
  * To check the loops and their drawings according to the P&ID.
  * Fabrication, erection, inspection, testing of various piping systems related to refinery as per isometrics and
  GA drawings.
  * Revision control of Isometric piping drawings from Piping G.A & P & ID.
  * Assist in preparation of test packages for Pneumatic tests and Hydrostatic tests and line check.
  * Prepare pressure Test Package for piping system for testing purpose.
  * Responsible in assuring all the pipe line systems in accordance to its specifications, correct routing of the
  pipe according to its isometric drawings & P&ID's and all structural supports for all pipeline system
  packages.
  * Checking the correct orientation of pipe spools, fittings and correct materials to be used as stated in the
  design data.

  * Planning and monitoring of inspection work and control.
  * Coordination with all the interveners in the draft (prime contractor, subcontractor work ...)
  * The treatment of all detected non-conformities which may affect the project's progress

  * Participate in meetings with the client ;
  * Interpretation of results ;
