- Monitor Contractors’ document control.

- Review Contractors’ Certification Plan.

- Coordinate Company Third Party inspection activities at equipment manufacturing facilities, suppliers’ -workshops and Contractors’ sites.

- Review and comment On Contractors and Vendors ITP’s for procurement, fabrication/construction and manufacturing stages.

- Monitor/Verify/Record welders qualifications, welding activities, consumables as well as WPS for the projects.

- Create Non Conformance Reports/follow up and closing it

- Tracking welds and weld repairs and NDT done for work areas and summarizing it at the end of the project (repair % for location, project and individual welder)

- Sending daily/weekly weld tracking/NDT summary to all interested and as determined for the project
- Ensuring that from summary sheet anyone can be see type of NDT either RT or UT and also if it is piping or boiler work
