I have petroleum engineering background with 5 years oil field experience. I followed the path of fracturing engineer designing, executing and evaluating treatments in sandstone formation “high/mid/low temperature, high/low perm, Deep/shallow wells, vertical, oil/tight gas”; shale plays using slick water and hybrid fracturing fluid; Halliburton technology: “ConductorSM Frac”, “PermStim” Schlumberger technology “HiWAY”, as well as designing conventional, ConductorSM and HiWAY fracturing treatments using data that belongs to a given well or an offset well. I have a relevant experience in supervising district and field laboratory technicians by making the lab request and checking the performed tests.

I am able to take supervisor responsibilities since I started my career as Acid/Frac service supervisor with good experience in different pumping equipment used by Halliburton as well as Schlumberger service companies.

    Puteaux 2014 - maintenant - Provides Frac/Acid job design, well support, and post job analysis to NWA/Country customers.
    - Develops and maintains personal relationship with the technical customer base in designated area.
    - Has developed technical competence in one PSL and a general understanding of other PSLs.
    - Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles.
    - Works independently and may provide work direction to others at site.
    - Functions as a communications link between customer and the Solutions Team.

    - Uses different required software to deliver adequate services SQ level, it includes: FracPro, IFS, CyberString, Prizm.
    - Engineer in charge of the first stage frac performed in shale formation by Halliburton in Algeria using Slick Water and Hybrib fuid systems.

  • Schlumberger - Fracturing Field Engineer

    Paris 2012 - 2014 - Complies with all company ®ulatory HSE and quality and IT standards and policies.
    - Supervises jobs at the well site as a responsible for job execution and all aspects of the pre and post-job planning as per all the Key Service Quality Requirements.
    - Execute successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the client. Recognize risks associated with the operation and reduce these risks to as low as reasonably possible. Ensure that all personnel assigned are competent to drive/operate their assigned equipment.
    - Completes Designs, Execution and Evaluation of assigned job and interacts with the client on location and in office to ensure all job objectives are known and achieved.
    - Assist DTE / GMTE in technical programs and bids.
    - Mentors and coaches less experienced people at location.
    - Attend Service Quality Meetings with client and works on action plans to improve performance.
    - Participates in the district HSE and quality initiatives and programs: Risk assessments, quality improvements, emergency response plan, HSE and SQ objectives.
    - Perform risk analysis: HARC, JSA; before each job or task and identifies and addresses potential safety hazards.
    - Master Schlumberger fracturing and evaluation software: FracCADE, FracCAT, LGZones, MiniFallOff, PipeSim, WellTest, HiWAY Advisor, Field Ticket Light, SPAN, WellBook.
    - Participate in fracturing treatments in shale formation through vertical wells.

    Puteaux 2010 - 2012 - Participation and execution in the global PSL operations delivery processes.
    - Participate in Frac/Acid Operations support and delivery of the hands on assignments.
    - Provide leadership on job preparation and execution, once the operational/technical development competencies have been assessed and completed.
    - Participate and lead in the HSE and Operational Excellence initiatives.
    - Provide reporting to customers and prepare the Job Packet required by the PSL HMS.
    - Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness and initiatives. Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes and initiatives.
