2013 - 2015I define and deploy RAMS activities at Rolling Stock level in accordance with contract and railway standards (IEC 62278, 62279, 62425…).
I’m in charge of validation of RAMS related matters for the Rolling Stock project and the overall coordination of the RAMS activities in between the various participating companies and suppliers.
As Project RAM and Safety Manager, my responsibilities at Rolling stock level are:
• Plan the RAM and Safety activities in accordance with the Alstom Transport Safety policy and the railway standards,
• Coordinate the safety & RAM activities,
• Carry out the Safety & RAM Analyses,
• Manage the Hazard Log and the resolution of pending points,
• Establish the Safety Case and ensure its completeness and acceptance,
• Manage the RAMS team involved in project and RAMS work package based on QCD approach.

2010 - 2013I worked as RAMS engineer for:
• Metro projects; Paris (MF2000 and MP05) and Singapore (NEL and CCL),
• Suburban train; Paris (MI09)
The mainly activities I performed are:
• Carry out the safety allocations,
• Achieve the safety analyses (FMECA and Fault Tree Analysis),
• Manage the Closing the risks listed in the Hazard log,
• Perform the Reliability blocks diagram.
