    2009 - maintenant • Technical lead responsible for the migration and administration of students e-mail infrastructure from WebMail to the Microsoft Live@EDU. The migration impacted over 38500 students and was successfully implemented on time of project schedule.

    • Responsible for the migration of infrastructure and systems from WebMail to Microsoft Excange 2007 CCR, accountable, ensuring all system security and patch level meet College standards. The migration impacted over 4300 of employees and was successfully implemented on time of project schedule.
    • Provide Level III technical support for messaging and collaboration related environments and responsible for operational aspects of the Microsoft Exchange 2007 Servers, Blackberry Enterprise Server environments including but not limited to administration, software and security updates, upgrades, backup & restore, performance and availability.
    • Provided global infrastructure support, drafted procedure documentations and provided training for Level I and Level II support analysts
