  2014 - 2016 During two years and half I was the quality project manager at cmc ravenna . They are the leader of big consortium to realize the equipments for the exploitation and maintenance of the highway est ouest lot est
  I joined this position after the signature of the ODS, I was charged to organize the quality structure within the consortium; to implement the quality management system and to get approved all the documentation required by the contract (, my main tasks are described in my cv resume)
  During the construction phase, mainly earthmoving and civil-work are started, I was responsible for driving the QA/QC structure,
  The equipment par which has not begun, I followed the factory acceptances and approved material records of approvals. During this period I leaded a cell composed of a about ten engineers dispatched at the 400 km of the project.
  This experience is finished prematurely, in fact of the financial difficulties of the company, total shutdown of all work related to the project and the lack of other opportunities within CMC .
  

• Alstom - Costing Manager

  2013 - 2013 while I was Project quality Manager, therefore all reserves have been removed and the objectives achieved, I was approached by the Director of the project to quit my post and to take over preparing a claim file inside the consortium, then help to prepare the tender for the extension of the tramway of Constantine; regarding the lack of important opportunities, I had to leave Alstom 6 months after the end of the project at the end of my contract.

• ALSTOM - Project quality manager

  Saint Ouen 2010 - 2013 I started this new experience which is a continuation of my previous post 8 months before the real hold date of the post, I was Interim Manager quality ALSTOM who is responsible of the system part for the tramway of Constantine; While the construction phase in the project was beginning: I was tasked to implement QA/QC structure for the various sub-systems (Track / NRJ/LAC/ticketing/Rollin stock/TIS), I was in charge for drafting / approving necessary quality documentation for the construction phase .
  
  After my graduation as Quality manager of the consortium, I was the representative of the realization group to the customer in quality domain, I was the first hierarchic responsible for quality within the consortium, I was a member of the project management cell,
  My main tasks during this period are described in my resume (cv) ,I leaded a structure composed of twenty engineer and responsible within the consortium; ten within alstom.
  My position in Alstom allowed me to be part of an international work-team in the company, I participated in many presentations in the DESIGN FOR QUALITY, I was also engaged to develop a tool to unify, quantify, sort and control all actions relating to the system of the quality in any project. I've completed with success the tasks related to my post

• ALSTOM - Quality assistant

  Saint Ouen 2009 - 2011 Through this period in that I started my professional career, I have worked as assistant for the manager quality of the Constantine tramway project which was composed of an consortium ALSTOM/PIZZAROTTI, while the project was in its phase "Studies" I was progressively formed in the domain of quality and in the same time i learned the ropes of the Organization for the project.
  At the beginning I based on my computer skills to help AND organize the database of project, then the creation of the database for configuration management and develop the necessary tools to drive the quality system.
  After approximately 6 months, I started taking more important tasks in the quality unit, like the follow-up of the consortium quality actions; the summarize of non-conformities, writing quality reports, participation in the various audits and management reviews
  At the end of this period I was promoted Deputy Quality manager ALSTOM.
