En résumé

I currently work as Project Leader on development of Electric Components and System for hybrid vehicle.

As management skills a capacity to make a decisions, team work, realize a syntheses and reporting, a good communicant towards project and supplier.

As technical skills, a strong knowledge of electric & electronic components (Hardware and low level software of power electronic–AC/DC & DCDC, electric machines, traction battery 200V DC and their sensors, harnesses, mechanical resistance and functional volumes), on the other hand a system view in the environment considering the mechanical, thermal, EMC and Safety constraints.

In order to meet the quality at requested level, industrialization of the product through simultaneous engineering (product & process) was one the main achieved tasks.

    Rueil Malmaison 2007 - maintenant Assume the entire responsibilities of the project, within the department of Electricity & Electronics, on the commitments in terms of time schedules, quality and costs on the complete project life cycle (RFQ - > life series).

    In my scope:

     Development of electric power parts, hardware & software low-level, for hybrid electric power train mainly power electronics, rotating electric machines and power traction battery 200V

     Management of the budget by the implementation and the securing of the essential resources to the good progress of the deliverables towards the project

     Operational management of a team of 14 developers as well as coordination with the requirement’s issuer and competencies in support such quality, purchasing department and factories

     Management of the suppliers and guarantee of deliverables toward the project

     Communication of the indicators of project performance regarding the quality, planning and cost. A weekly status through the main facts, syntheses and reporting

     Good technical knowledge of product & process

  • Matis Technologies - Electrical Engineering at MATIS Technologies for Valeo

    2005 - 2007 • from Sept. 2006 to Dec. 2007: Contribution to the modelling of the hybrid vehicle’s electric power train

    • from Feb. 2005 to July 2006: Contribution to the development of the Camless system whose principle is to replace the camshaft by smart electromagnetic actuators

  • ENS de Cachan - Reserach Engineering

    2003 - 2004 Demonstrate the applicability of Nano-crystalline materials in power electronics for avionic business
