Embedded into British Gas Tunisia integrity department as Asset Integrity
inspector to assist in daily integrity related problems as well as projects .During this period
I have been involved in the following:
Asset Integrity Technician at both Hannibal plant and Miskar platform facilities.
- Distribution of work to inspection team support personnel
- Processing work orders and associated documentation to inspectors according to
RBMI program and GWMS plan
- Receiving and reviewing all reports and updating the daily progress
- Updating defect register and raising a corrective maintenance request using MAXIMO
7.0 software
- Requesting and performing permit to work PTW ;
- Preparation of work packs for the 2014 Miskar platform partial shutdown including
vessels inspection plans, technical data, inspection reports, and permits to works.
- Carry out visual inspection, thickness survey and corrosion under insulation inspection
of all pipe works and vessels according to RBMI inspection plan.
- Preparation of work packs for the 2012 shut down including vessels inspection plans,
technical data, inspection reports, and permits to works.
- Performing pressure vessels internal assembly visual inspection and thickness survey
according to inspection plan.
- Preparation of the NDT flow line reports of MISKAR platform and Hannibal plant.

Job responsibility includes NDT job as per requirements and satisfaction of
clients/representative, welding inspection, welder qualification, preparation of reports and
co-ordination with the client representatives.
Scope involves Ultrasonic flaw detection, Magnetic particle and Penetrant test of welded
joints.
Carry out RT, UT, MPT, LPT and VT inspection on pressure vessels, heat exchangers,
structures, storage tanks and process piping.

Job responsibility starts as a QC Inspector for the 2008 Infill well project at Miskar platform
from executing the work following the Inspection & Test Plan, method of statement & risk
assessment, Preparing & verifying WPS & Welder Qualification . Execution of NDT job as
per requirements and satisfaction of clients/representative, welding inspection, welder
qualification, QA/QC activities, preparation of reports and co-ordination with the client
representatives ; monitoring pre & post weld heat treatment, interpretation & evaluation of
radiographs, carrying out RT,UT, MPT, LPT ,VT on pressure vessels , allied structures and
process piping.
