Reduce the stock level to 40 days production ( raw material), and reach a saving of 000K$ of stock, and for finished product inventories from 3 months to 1.5 months
* Implementation and optimization of physical flow inside warehouse, from raw material to finished goods dispatching (145 sku – 300 Customers).
* Developed metrics to drive operational and budgetary performance in our distribution network
* Repatriated distribution of materials at a 3PL, with an overall cost savings in excess of k$120. Set up new section of warehouse with line, managed transition of materials, and successfully transitioned with minimal issues.
* Project Management : Outsourcing, production transfer, ownership transfer, ERP replacement, warehouse repairing, auto-reporting from ERP
* Backorder Analysis with Pareto and action plan for corrective and preventive actions: 5 whys
