2012 - 2015* Serve as the core project team member to coordinate and manage all statistical and programming project activities
* Lead the statistical (SAS) programming activities in the pharmaceutical industry in terms of creating and validating derived datasets, tables, listings and figures, working on developing existing and also new macros alongside functional management of the team demonstrated by the ability to independently act as the point of contact on the statistical programming for I/II phases of clinical trials
* Develop and review the statistical analysis plans
* Develop and review the programming specifications for analysis datasets, pooled datasets and deliverables in consultation with the statisticians.
* Program in accord to specifications, analysis datasets, pooled datasets, listings and figures for clinical trials and submission activities.
* Implement QC and AC programs.
* Ensure that SAS programs developed for specific protocols are effectively portable to other protocols (Reusable code)
* Allocate work resources, manage the timelines and deliver upon budget requirements, as well as being the primary consultant for all third parties (both internal and external).
* Ensure projects are well documented consistent with company SOPs and WPs
* Time management of own and team’s time spent on projects
* Interaction with the sponsor on programming and statistical aspects of the project
* Review and ensure compliance of the deliverables to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines before transfer to either internal or external clients
* Remain informed of new developments in programming that are relevant to the industry and contribute to the innovation of new reporting systems.
* Establish and implement SAS programming standards and comply with regulatory requirements among project team members and across all studies
* Communicate to management on project status and resource issues
