I work for Sews-Cabind Maroc as CFO and I'm in charge of the resource pole which include Finance, HR, Purchasing, and General affairs

  • Sews Cabind Maroc - Chief Finance Officer - CFO Maroc

    Casablanca 2013 - maintenant Two divisions (Wire harnesses production & wire production) and four production plants (3 WH & 1 W)

  • Sews Cabind Maroc - Director of Finance

    Casablanca 2004 - 2013 Key Responsibilities:
    * Management of a team of 30 people (Functions under my responsibility: accounting, tax, legal, management control, treasury, audit and information system) the largest African subsidiary of Sumitomo Group. ;
    * Responsible for managing relationships with Banks, Insurance, the Department of Taxation, business lawyers, the auditors, and Member of the Executive Committee. ;
    * Responsible to the auditors of the financial statements of the Company prepared in an ERP environment. ;
    * Monthly reports, annual budgets, forecasts and updates the parent of different activities. ;
    * Facilitate and coordinate the budget process interface with the Finance Department of the seat. Supervise and monitor the accounting , tax and social productions (tax integration and consolidation under IFRS ) ;
    * Preparation, proposals, analysis and monitoring of investment plans ;
    * Implement appropriate funding ( cash Convention , essentially leasing )
    Key Achievements:
    * Implementation of a plan to "Cost savings " ;
