    2007 - 2008 Transfreight is the first Logistic partner of Toyota all over Europe and provide transports and logistics solutions to Toyota.

    In charge for 15 month in Derby, UK

    i was in charge of tracking the freight from the supplier to the plant through the different crossdock in Europe and through the transportation. If any abnormality happened I have to inform the custumer and to provide countermeasures. The countermeasures have to be set up to make the freight arriving on time.
    I was in a daily basis in relation with the different cross dock (warehouse) mainly in France, Cezc Republic, Germany and in UK too.

    - Support of the national transport manager into the implementation of the 2007 transport scheme between the different agencies.

    - Calculating the 2007 transport budget of the company

    - Purchasing transport solution for the 2007 transport scheme by launching & driving a national Request For Proposal)

    - targeting each agency regarding reduction of deliveries and freight collection cost supplied to subcontractors by analyzing volume of freight handled by each agency and supplied to subcontractors
