    2011 - 2013 . Support of the new R&D department supervisor.
    . Project manager for new products design. Discussion with external and internal customers about their specifications, feasibility study, management of R&D team for the design (Electronics engineer, Mechanical designer, PCBA design), other department engineers (Sales, Sourcing/Purchasing, Industrial/Process, Quality) for deliverables, discussion and visit to suppliers, and ramp-up to mass production.
    . Main objectives successfully achieved: On Time Delivery and cost reduction.
    . Project management following LEM standardized design process, and following international quality/design standards (EN, CE, UL).
    . Support for LEM global tools deployment and improvement.
    . Hiring to build up the R&D team.
    . Reporting to LEM headquarter in Geneva.

    => Achievement for LEM: building a strong and confident R&D team, and tenth of projects delivered on time to key customers.
    => Achievement for me: learning a lot and bringing a lot to a whole design process, developing my project management skills, and working successfully within a Chinese environment.

  • ALTRAN Technologies pour Volvo - Consulting engineer

    2008 - 2011 . Participation to European projects internal projects such as CityMove and CityLog.
    . Projects involving new high technologies aiming at enhancing trucks’ energy efficiency.
    . Within these projects: I studied, simulated, compared, and proposed many new high technologies according our specific applications.
    For example: Project waste heat recovery. Aim: recover wasted heat energy in exhaust gazes. Achievement: comparison of many thermodynamic cycles and technologies to be implemented in this cycle by simulation and mechanical study. Show the way to relevant technology according the group strategy.
    . Contact suppliers for prototypes manufacturing.
    . European environment: I worked mainly with Swedish, German, and French people.

    => Achievement for Volvo Trucks: smart advices and interesting proposals to keep Volvo leading the way in the field of industrial truck manufacturer.
    => Achievement for me: studied a lot of interesting cutting edge technologies, worked successfully within European teams for an important company, and better understood operational and general management of a big company.

  • Shell Eco Marathon association – shEll’STIA - President and founder of the association

    2006 - 2008 The Shell Eco Marathon is a race rewarding highly energy efficient vehicle-prototypes developed by schools of engineering.

    . President and founder of the association within my school, the ESTIA.
    . Leader of the team members to design the prototype, build it, and find funds.

    =>Achievement for the shEll’STIA and the ESTIA: shEll’STIA allowed the ESTIA to earn reputation among schools of engineering and pre-graduation universities. shEll’STIA ranked 118 on 200 its first participation and 86 on 178 its second one.
    => Achievement for me: developed my leader and entrepreneur skills. Great human experience.
