From the Philippines to Africa, from the USA to Manchester, I have spent over 18 years within different cultures and discovering the World. My story is also business, I have built my career in sales and marketing and set up my own business in the UK. I have developed negotiation and talent selection skills (with over 25 people at the time) before joining Ampersand World in Geneva.

Ampersand World is the type of company that knows how to unite. After 5 years of existence, it has brought together the Commodity Trading community around different services (recruitment, trainings, etc...), events, cocktails, and of course unique opportunities. Mixing talent, HR and Marketing is quite unique ; with a background open to the World, a career based on relationships and contacts, working as a Commodity Trading Recruiter was for me an obvious opportunity!

At Ampersand World I am responsible for recruitments mainly within Energy and Metals Trading but also in Shipping and Trade Finance.
I analyse the needs of companies, advise and accompany them in the selection of the best talents within tight deadlines. Like a trader, I am in constant contact with the market, the talents of today and the ones of tomorrow. Each day is a new story.
