    2013 - 2013 Strategic sourcing on global basis of assigned range of production as well as non-production materials for the European entities by creating continuous improvement of the supply chain in terms of quality, cost, availability and innovation.
    Selected Achievements:
    • Assisted the realization of Europe purchasing new Capital and Operational SOP by opting the Donaldson US purchasing policy, preparing flow chart, scopes and publishing all on the company intranet
    • Developed required documentation and guidelines for preparing RFQs, SOW and bidder evaluations, contract compliance matrix for the Europe purchasing department
