Manage all junior & senior recruitment through closely liaison and updates with the recruitment partners (internal and external).
Co-ordinate and run recruitment campaigns to include advertising, open evenings and assessment days; Vacancy advertising administration (using the WCN: internal recruitment system).
Work creatively to deliver recruitment solutions in high volume and complex recruitment situation.
Work with the HR Director and hiring managers to develop recruitment and selection plans by analyzing demographics of the current workforce, identifying gaps in skills sets.
Through partnering with other HR functions, deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity, salary grid) and strategy.
Working closely with line management and executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity.
In charge of the career management plan and the employee internal moves.
Organize the logistics of all the external training activities.
Work with line managers to understand motivation and retention issues, being creative around, and contributing to delivering solutions.
Support line managers in the induction and on-boarding of new staff, focussing on assisting new staff members in engaging with the Fidelity culture.
HR Administration:
New starter process, including production and processing of contracts, preparation of starter packs, pre-employment administration, relevant notifications, updates to reports/systems and related administration;
Work with HR Director to set up administrative processes.

offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
