    Boulogne-Billancourt 2009 - 2012 * Bayreuth production 40 bn sticks a year. Boncourt 12bn:
    Manage local & above market indirect projects for Operation such as "New Premium factory layout",
    printers and copiers, clocking system, cleaning, employee catering, forklift maintenance, gas/electricity
    purchase, waste optimisation, consultancy services in real estate agency and other overhead related spend.

    * Negotiate contracts with top suppliers on varied areas: stainless steel welding, engineering, automation,
    machinery and building maintenance.

    * Optimise security and reception desk activities increasing business efficiency and delivering 15% budget
    saving.

    * Deliver WE Procurement Operating Model (POM) for both German and Swiss Operation. POM definition
    includes fundamental transformation as regard as procurement landscape, processes, team structure, enabling
    considerable procurement resource saving on the 3 sites in Switzerland, from 6 initial to 1 FTE.

    Implement team decisions and changes at all levels of the organisation, manage issues effectively and build

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2006 - 2009 * Boncourt production site:
    Lead entire direct material portfolio such as printed packaging, cigarette / filter paper, tobacco, tow, semifinished goods, film, pallets, banderols, adhesives.

    * Provide input on all aspects of procurement development programs, inventory level, supplier cost reduction,
    and the costs definition (standard costs, purchasing price variance.

    * Plan and forecast quantity and prices for thousands of references to produce over 600 SKU. Ensure that
    purchase orders are properly processed in compliance with business requirements

    * Manage local & above market projects on continuous improvement: Complexity Reduction, Material
    Standard, Print Strategy and above-market project generating considerable P&L savings to the business

    * Provide input as regards as development programs, inventory level, supplier costs optimisation and definition
    e.g. standard costs, purchasing variances.

  • British American Tobacco - Raw Material & SFG Supply and Planning

    Boulogne-Billancourt 1999 - 2006 * Drive leaf and SFG forecasting and treasury plan. Prepare and follow up purchases orders according to lead
    time and other market or internal constraints.

    * Manage flow of material, stock level, good receipts, transfers, warehouse management and inventories.

    * Maintain and develop bill of material, schedule trials and pre-production runs in production

    * Calculate and drive 3 years forecast company plan (coplan) in monthly buckets, 13 months rolling
    forecasting treasury plan according to material delivery dates and payment terms. Report variances on
    forecasts versus actuals and lead issues for corrective actions.
