    - Find root cause of problems escalated from level-1 and II support
    - Liaise between Client Services and other departments
    - Provide fixes and workarounds to issues found in the field
    - Participate in software requirement reviews as well as design reviews with a particular mindset into the supportability of the software
    - Provide expertise to either write tools for support use, or provide guidance as to what the tools should be

  • Intelerad Medical Systems - PACS Analyst

    Meudon 2007 - 2012 Diagnosed and provided troubleshooting on a full range of information technology related issues including desktop hardware and software; custom applications; and networking-related problems, all within an Hl7/Dicom environment. Responsibilities also included thorough and accurate documentation of work via a tracking software and custom intranet. I also have the responsibility to follow through on all calls taken, to ensure customer satisfaction and to take on necessary initiatives for proper follow-through and ownership of problems until resolution.
