Main Activities:
Establish project planning and cost control.
Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and regional regulations.
Attending pre-site and on-site meetings during the contract, coordinating, and controlling engineering activities on the project.
Liaising and working jointly with the design team in order to attend the clients’ needs.
Construction site prepare, Programming the delivery of materials and intervention of subcontractors.
Attending the site meetings with the clients and project architect.
