Actively participates in setting a European public policy and public relationship activity to increase market awareness. Recommends and implements a synergy approach between businesses to leverage BD potential and create a differentiated offering.     Villepinte 1998 - 2000 After the company’s acquisition, reporting to the CEO Integration team, in tandem with the VP Asia, organized and lead the merger of all the commercial operations including distribution network for all countries in Asia Pacific. 925 employees, 8 countries, 20 distributors. US$ 250 Million.
    • Analyze current practices, identify gaps and define with the teams the best practices to implement as part of the merger.
    • Organize and coordinate the human, legal, financial, strategic and tactical aspect to implement an effective merger of all Asian country’s organizations, keeping in sight the financial target.
    • Maintain the commercial dynamism, market share and retain key staff members to guaranty long term viability of the new structure.
