    Midland 2004 - 2011 Role extended in October 2006 with responsibility for Geocel (spray foams, GBP 1.2MM). Role further increased in 2010 with responsibility for Instar which distributes Dow Polyurethane roofing adhesive (GBP 350K).

    Key achievements:
    * Drove successful launch of INSTA-STIK™ MP with over 100,000 units sold in 12 months (value GBP 250K).
    * Improved relationships at all levels with Geocel, a key account.
    * Implemented 15% price increases of INSTA-STIK™ and FROTH-PAK™ without losing volume.
  • Dow France - Project Leader / Six Sigma Black Belt

    Saint-Denis 2001 - 2004 Responsible to the Supply Chain within the Building and Construction business for implementation of costs reduction projects using Six Sigma Methodology.
