    Responsible for management of the Contract Compliance Team within the Contracts Departement (3 people) and for contractual support to internal customers, mitigation of legal risks
    o Management: Management of the Contract Compliance team, responsible for dedicated human resources (recruitment, annual evaluation...) and for Contract team activities followup, support to the team for strategical decisions, coordination with the US and European Contracts team (Germany, United Kingdom and Sweden).

    BLAGNAC 2007 - 2012 Responsible for contractual support to internal customers, mitigation of legal risks
    o Contracts: Drafting and negotiation of sales and purchase agreements and specific agreements (sub-contracting agreements, memorandum of understanding, co-operation agreements, public procurement, European and international programs, non-disclosure agreements...).
    o Drafting and implementation of standards and procedures related to Contracts in coordination with the US and European Contracts teams (Germany, United Kingdom and Sweden).
    o Intellectual Property : contractual provisions, drafting and negotiation of license agreements, Management of patents and trademarks (coordination with external Patent Counsels, the Rockwell Engineering team and the US Corporate IP Chief Counsel, dedicated budget and financial forecast).
    o Export Control : French, EU and US regulations. Support to internal customers in daily management as well as during contractual negotiation. Drafting and submission of Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and Warehouse Distribution Agreements in coordination with the Export Compliance team in the US.
    o Offset : Drafting and negotiation of Offset agreements.
    o Dispute resolution: contracts analysis, drafting of dedicated letters
