I work at BNP Paribas as a market operator in an ALM / Treasury front office. When I was hired, I was in charge of creating that front office from scratch, which was a very exciting experience.

We focus on hedging interest rate, foreign exchange and liquidity risk, using instruments such as interest rate derivatives (mainly swaps), spot and outtright FX, or MBS.
