  Meudon 2008 - 2010 Study and retrieve the knowledge of Comverse’s product (VMS NG) from architecture and technical point of view.
  Participation to projects. Many projects were performed at the same time (9 projects). The main activities are listed below:
  Participation to the specification phases: advice and suggestion thanks to my technical knowledge of the platform perform unitary test to verify the capacities of the platform.
  Elaboration of contracts: the validation process is defined by contract with the provider. Evolutions were needed: change the reception criterions, contractualize the use of new tools and change some conceptual aspects…
  Analyze the provider’s proposals from technical and financial aspects: participation to the negotiations.
  Elaboration of the planning: study the deployment impact, discuss with the supplier and secure the planning to reduce the risks…
  Preparation of the validation: reservation of the resources, interaction with other Bouygues Telecom departments to synchronize tests and resources, management of the integration of new equipments/cabinets…
  Management of the provider’s validation: analyze the risks for a project, follow the tests performed by the supplier, make sure that most of the risks are covered by the provider and maintain the list of anomalies followed by a weekly meeting and give authorization for live deployments.
  Follow the live deployment and validation. There are 13 live systems, for which the new versions need to be deployed.
  Manage the live observation after live deployment: elaboration of the counters list, follow the evolution of the traffic and the behavior of the new services (weekly meeting).
  Management of projects related to testbed: link migration, testbed movement
  Contractualize the project with the provider: specifications, planning, validation’s process…
  Elaboration of a project plan to follow the different phases of the project
  Participation to maintenance:
  Follow maintenance issues: live and testbed
  Manage maintenance corrections: management of the testbed validation and give authorization for live deployment
  Support and exploitation of the testbed:
  Support for third Bouygues Telecom departments, which need to perform tests with the testbed: help in debugging, provide information…
  Exploitation of testbed: provisioning of subscribers, supervise the platforms (alarms, statistics and availability for other testbed users…)
  Secure the testbed versions in order to be relevant with the live versions: 2 testbeds were available, in order to perform validation for projects and maintenance, to reproduce live issues and to offer service for the testbed’s users…

• E-Serv - Integration and deploiment of prepaid solutions

  2007 - 2008 Deployment of solutions for different operators:
  Mobilink (Pakistan): maintenance and evolution of the actual service. Deployment of a new SMSC.
  Zain (Kuwait): installation, configuration and upgrade of the VOMS, M2M and POS (prepaid) services. Migration of the subscribers due to a change of the numbering plan. I have been on site 3 times 3 weeks. This version was a new developed solution: the project was a pilot for the E-Serv company.
  Saudi Call (Saudi Arabia): installation and configuration of a POS
  Sanity tests: elaboration of sanity plan, perform the tests for each new version and follow the list of bugs
  Integration of the solution in a local testbed. Write the acceptance tests.
  Installation of the solution: preparation of the integration, put together different versions before live deployment
  Final acceptance with the customer
  Proposition of solutions for non expecting issues: in crisis time
  
  IN, Solaris, SMSC, USSD, IVR, SOAP, HTTP, SQL (Informix: command and procedure), shell, office (script VBA to automat the deployment procedures)…

• France Télécom - Engineering on 3GPP Billing and Policy architecture

  Paris 2007 - 2007 Analysis and expertise on 3GPP specifications for charging aspects:
  Study of the online and offline charging architecture: TS 32.240
  Expertise on the Diameter protocol.
  Analysis of the evolution of the PCC architecture from the release 6 to the release 7.
  Participation to an end to end trial for the validation of an Ericsson probe at the access gateway (GGSN)
  Elaboration of a RFI (Request For Information) for a SCG (specific acronym to define a policy and charging control at the access, within or not the GGSN):
  Evaluation of diameter injectors (thanks to oral examinations of providers).
