• I defined the Quality Assurance (QA) strategy and helped leverage the test culture.
• I participated in the market analysis, the business plan and defined the new technical strategy for the new version of Appaloosa iOS offer (iOS MAM).
• I lead the market analysis and defined the new technical strategy for the new version of Appaloosa Analytics backend.
• I defined the technology roadmap for future releases of Appaloosa.
• I defined the transition between a team of fullstack engineers working on all part of the product into several more specialised teams (frontend/backend/mobile).
