  RENNES – FRANCE 2011 - 2011 Internship at Soufflet Group, France’s leading privately-owned cereal collection company, and a significant player in international Trading of cereals, oilseeds and dairy products. Within Soufflet Group’s Trading Division, my responsibilities included the management, quality and traceability of seeds for exports. A report analyzing the functioning of the company has been produced.

• Xavier Firm - Intern, development of services to create a new concept for Xavier

  2010 - 2011 Internship at Xavier firm, a famous cheese shop in Toulouse. Our group of six students had to develop services on cheese in order to create a new concept for Xavier. A business plan including benchmarking and a communication plan was carried out. This experience reinforced my autonomy, my managerial and relational skills.

• EARL La Guinguinière - Intern, Analysis of Financial and Environmental situation of the farm.

  2009 - 2010 A training period of six weeks required by the school on a farm in Beauce (Eure-et-Loir), engaged in intensive farming of wheat, canola and barley on 551 acres cultivated with the technique of soil conservation. The student goal was to assist the farmer in the field. A written report with economic and environmental analysis was produced.
