Pour tout passionné de montagne, le Népal fait un jour ou l'autre parti de ces obsessions qui ne vous quittent qu'une fois satisfaites. La diversité géographique, culturelle et religieuse de ce petit pays corse l'affaire, certains restent "accros". C'est mon cas, et j'essaie de partager ma passion pour ce bout d'Himalaya.
Nous organisons les trek et raid VTT (sight seeing, trek, expé) au Népal et Tibet. Nous avons l'expérience des régions classiques mais également une connaissance des projets complexes dans les massifs isolées.

    companies (Terres Oubliées, Verdié), to share operational risks: require two marketing approaches.

    PARIS 2005 - 2007 Responsible for spreading new litigation software among foreign subsidiaries of Societe General Group. Developed by a provider,
    the litigation software for front office had to be installed and connected with the central accounting system of retail banking
    subsidiaries. Interacting with internal IT (1 people), software provider (2), risk department (2) and subsidiaries litigation and risk
    departments, build the software installation procedure and carry out.
    * Build a set of support tools for a pool of subsidiaries (26 countries)
    * Gap analysis: based on appraisal workshops, define and arbitrate the subsidiaries requirement (legal and business aspects),
    monitor the software provider developments
    * Lead and plan the software installation in subsidiaries according to business priorities and external/internal task forces
    * On site workshops for gap analysis, installation, training, change management

    tests and deliveries
    * Lead the partnerships development with banks to expand the worldwide offer. The SG cash pooling solution was given the
    Euromoney's Global award 2004 for cross border cash pooling
