I received the diploma of engineer in Chemistry in 1992. I completed his PhD in 3D Microsystems packaging at the university of Toulouse at the end of 1996 ; My PhD thesis deals with the design, the finite element modelisation (Ansys), and the feasibility of a 3D-microsystem packaging; I was involved in Barmint (Basic Research for Microsystem Integration) European project.
From 1996 to 2000, I have joined EADS ASTRIUM and worked in the field of aeronautic, defence and space. The mains activities were many microelectronic technologies and packaging areas.
From 2000 to 2008, I have joined SOLECTRON as Advanced Technology Engineer in the Design & Technology Centre department. I am involved with many assembly technologies. I was in charge of the technical management for the european project VIGOR, PIDEA project ORBITA, and LIFE Env project AMELIE. I received a black belt six sigma certification.
Since February 2008, I have joined 3D PLUS as Business Unit manager. I am in charge of supply chain development for industrial & high rel products. THe supply chain is based on tawanese partners for manufacturing. Today I change my position to program manager of ADELES program - it includes 9 projects for improving product reliability, customer satisfaction, and intellectual property.
