I believe human capital is a strenght and a key factor in business.I'm convinced therefore that well being at work is a source of organizational performance. As a matter of fact, I spent my last two internships working in wellbeing services which is a sector that makes sense to me.

    Pass-Zen Services is an event agency which promotes well-being at work by organizing various events and activities within companies.

    Missions: Support the commercial development of Pass-Zen Services
    • Prospected and qualified new accounts
    • Participated in sales discussions ( Identify needs and propose adequate solutions )
    • Wrote the commercial proposals according to the sales discussions
    • Negociation & Closing
    • Follow-up of the events (logistics, coordination with partners, feed-backs)

    This experience enabled me to develop my commercial skills and brought me a better understanding of challenges when working in BtoB environment.
    Due to the small size of the company I also improved my multi-tasking skills.

  • Tea and Massage SARL - Marketing and Sales Development

    2013 - 2013 Activity:
    Mid/ High-end massages and beauty treatments // 4 beauty parlours based near Opéra, Île Saint-Louis, Ecole militaire and Montparnasse in order to target very demanding customers

    Missions:
    • Created the visual graphic of the shop window for the two latest shops
    • Created various communication materials for our clients to promote our services
    • Website: added content for both French and English versions
    • Worked on a database for targeted marketing actions to our membership
    • Welcomed Japanese & international clients. I would report areas of improvement that could serve the customer's experience

  • Alpen Group JAPAN - Receptionist

    2012 - 2012 Activity: Alpen Group is the largest sporting goods retail chain in Japan.

    Missions at the Head Quarters:
    • Welcomed our clients (mostly enterprises)
    • Put the clients in touch with the right employees
    • Translated intern documents from Japanese to French

    This whole training, realized in Japanese, has allowed me to improve my business manners in the Japanese working environment and also gave me a better understanding of Japanese hierarchical and organizational structure.
