    2011 - maintenant General finance management, IFRS reporting, responsible for consolidation of reporting for 5 units, audits follow-up. Managing of RAS accounting (including chief accountant). Responsible for budgeting, budget control, analysis of actual income/costs vs budget, analysis of projects business plans. Business partnering: internal consulting on finance issues, team work on contract schemes/ efficient ways of working. Cost centers budgets management with heads of cost centers. Meeting customers’ finance representatives and coordination with them of contract terms/ invoicing/ tax issues. Contractual schemes elaborations, tax optimization with headquarter tax managers.     2006 - 2011 BROEN LLC - is the Russian production/selling branch of BROEN A/S - Dannish company producing ball valves and selling them all over the world.

    - budget preparation/ budget control

    Managing 15 persons: 10 accountants, including chief accountant, 2 finance controllers, 2 IT specialists and HR administrator.

    - sales and production with increase of 25% per year administratively and financially supported 2006 - 2008,
    - all the monthly and annual financial reports to shareholders provided in time in with due accuracy,
    - auditors’ comments concerning internal control corrected, respective procedures implemented,
    - ERP system 1C UPP implemented (head of project),
    - office in Moscow rented and organized,
    - two legal entities merged successfully (administrative expenses savings).
  • STARSTROI - Deputy Finance Manager

    2001 - 2006 Control of preparation and assuring correctness of financial statements prepared by projects (Statutory reporting, Tax reporting, IFRS reporting, Budget control reports, Cash flows reports/forecasts, IFRS/Russian accounting reconciliation) their consolidation and presentation to authorities/ management/ shareholders. Elaboration of procedures of liaison of statutory accounting with international financial accounting and budget controlling (allocation of scope between departments to avoid duplication, setting documents turnover, reporting between departments), control of procedures execution. Optimization of procedures of management accounting and internal control (budgeting and control of budgets, expenses commitments, payment authorizations). Together with Chief Accountant and Projects Finance Managers: tax optimization of company operations. Coordination of verifications by shareholders’ auditors and by PWC auditors (audit of IFRS reporting).
