En résumé

Totalisant à ce jour 15 ans d’expérience professionnelle dont 6 ans comme Directeur de Projet et 8 ans à différents postes dans la qualité du produit, système de qualité, gestion de production, lean manufacturing, gestion des humains, HSE et merchandising, j’occupe, depuis 3 ans le poste de directeur industriel dans la société « Sicome » avec un effectif allant jusqu’à 850 personnes.

Membre du comité de direction et partie prenante dans l’élaboration de la stratégie globale ainsi que dans sa mise en œuvre, j’ai également la responsabilité de gestion de 16 personnes qui occupent des postes de chefs de départements.

Auparavant, j’ai occupé différents postes au niveau national et international pour des organismes allant jusqu’à 2000 collaborateurs et dans des activités variées telles que l’audit et inspection, industrie (maitrise technique) et merchandising.

Au travers de mes différentes expériences j’ai eu l’occasion de travailler en expatriation entre l’Egypte et la Turquie d’une durée enrichissante de 3ans, aussi travail en collaboration avec plusieurs clients de différents pays que sont le Maroc, la France, l’Allemagne, l’Espagne, l’talie et les Etats Unis ; sur différents aspects : prospection, cotation et mise au point produit, gestion et suivi de production et qualité, mise à niveau d’Usines aux niveaux (système qualité, HSE, lean et sociales), gestion et traitement des réclamations,…etc.

    2011 - maintenant Solely responsible for the industrial operations and performance of all processes in the
    plant, and I am the first coordinator and negotiator with the Unions Members where the
    target is maintaining the stability while insuring overall progress :
    · Direct and manage all operations including over 850 employees and 12700m2
    facility
    · Identify new opportunities for growth and develop and implement creative
    industrial processes to ensure customer satisfaction and increase efficiency

    2009 - 2011 As soon as Jade plant was located and founded, I was asked from the country director to
    launch and manage the plant but with new demanding tasks and more challenging
    objectives :
    · Creating effective, informed and highly motivated teams focused on delivery.
    · Pilot and Ensure a team atmosphere and positive employee relations despite of the
    differing cultures (6 different nationalities)
    · Getting the site ready for Nike audit and business approval in a tight timeline
    · Oversee job site safety measures and compliance of safety requirements in order to
    conform to master plan approvals
    · Implement Social compliance policy and procedures to ensure full compliance with
    local labour law, Yesim values and culture as well as customers code of conducts
    · Deal with the Egyptian’s authorities such as, Customs, GAFI, and reduce clearance
    lead-time for every import and export
    · Ensure that deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations were met through
    regular follow-up and reporting to regional director with accurate KPIs

  • Yesim Tekstil (Turkey) - Team Leader in Egypt

    2007 - 2008 I was hired as the first Yesim employee in Egypt, where I had several tasks to carry out in
    addition to upgrading vendors and subcons to meet customers’ requirements in a
    critical and poor standardised environment :
    · Effectively develop vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods
    · Close Production & Quality follow-up ended with daily reporting to Yesim Turkey HQ
    · Coordinate between Turkey and Egypt and Monitor production performance as
    against plan and alert production of any possible delays and discuss the need for
    alternative plans to avoid air shipment requirements
    Assisting Yesim vendors to upgrade their standards and systems in order to conform
    to customers’ requirements and demands, such as Nike, Gap, Mervyn’s, Kohls...
    · Initialising the vendors to implement ESH measures and standards, and comply to the
    social minimum requirements

  • Organtex (Portugal) - Q-ESH and Social Compliance Manager

    2003 - 2007 My career dimension had been progressed and diversified when integrating Organtex,
    since I moved from Quality of the product and merchandising to other important aspects,
    such as: Quality System, Compliance and Lean Manufacturing:
    · Negotiate prices, ordering of goods, fixing delivery dates and following orders
    · Optimise the up-stream processes (supply-chain, outsourcing & stock management)
    · Prospect the right manufacturers for the right styles and requirements
    · Train and Manage a team of 5 Technicians and Engineers
    · Upgrade facilities to achieve required standards set by Nike and Adidas
    · Conduct regular audits in all facilities to check systems, good practices and standards
    sustainability on following areas: Quality, ESH and Social compliance

    2000 - 2003 Aliaco is the 1st Apparel and Textile liaison office in Morocco with strong expertise in
    garment industry, it was my career kick off point where I learned the first techniques and
    tips ranging from inline inspection, supplier close follow-up to Customer focus and
    satisfaction, garments prising...etc.
