I am currently working as a Senior Recruiter Consultant at Hays Talent Solutions in Tokyo, JAPAN. Hays Talent Solutions is the recruitment process outsourcing department of Hays, covering all positions (Management, IT, Sales & Marketing roles, back office) for specific clients in the Financial, Telecommunication, IT, BPO, Sporting Goods and Retail industries.

I learnt and gained experienced in marketing, advertising, recruitment, business, international communication through my Master II and my various experiences such as being a Project Manager with Metropolis Magazine, -Japan Number 1 English Magazine- managing 33 reporters all around Japan.

I graduated in November 2013 from my Master II "International Development and Virtual Management".

Being specially interested in Asian markets, I spent 1 year in a Japanese University, at Momoyama Gakuin University and one semester in Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, in China, on top of my 3 years experience as a recruiter in Tokyo.

    - Regional Partners
    - Travel Partners: JR West, Tokyo Metro, JR East, JR Kyushu, JR Hokkaido
    - Accommodation Partners: HMI Hotels, Route Inn hotels, ANA Hotels, Oakhouse
    - 33 Reporters
    > Management of the advertising, articles content, stay, travels, promotion, budget for the project; the schedule of the reporters in agreement with the Regional Partners and different travel Partners
    > Daily following of the work and progress of the reporters and on our evolution on various SNS
    > Participating in Press Events such as movie introduction and interviewing of Paul Greengrass – film director, screenwriter and former journalist- and Tom Hanks –actor and filmmaker-.
    > Recruitment and interview for 2014
    > Management of the project from its development to its implementation and analysis of the results.
    Project was a total success and since then it is implemented every year.
    I had to go back to France for my graduation, and 2 full employees got hired to maintain the project.
