Re-enforce Airbus’ brand, image and reputation. Support the company’s vision, mission and strategy through a clear communication strategy using targeted messaging and suitable/appropriate channels to all stakeholders concerned: employees, customers, shareholders, media, government officials, partners or suppliers.
Deliver a communication plan tailored to each audience and deploy the most effective tools to reach that specific audience. Ensure Airbus’ presence and media exposure and act as company’s spokes person. Improve engagement and participation of employees as well as development of the culture of the company. Ensure a coherent worldwide internal & external corporate com and brand image by means of advertising, design, online platforms (eg airbus.com, airbus portal), exhibitions, events, sponsoring, lobbying and other communication tools. Deliver stories through creative and innovative tools and ways of communicating through e.g. audiovisual, photo andfilm. Enable and facilitate platforms for the management to foster relationship management with customers eg through VIP events, airshows and conferences. Be on the forefront of internet, social media and future technologies.
Manage corporate communications, internal communication, crisis communications, media relations, public relations, corporate design, audiovisual (photo and film) and brand image, online platforms, hospitality, events, conferences, airshows, sponsorship, licensing, merchandising, advertising, social media. Make or Buy different communication tools ranging from written (internal newspaper, press releases,social media ...), oral (press conference...),visual and audiovisual elements (exhibitions, advertising,website ,videos...).
Organize specific events and support sponsorship and hospitality activities.
Manage the communication budget.
