Cost control management of two projects EPC1 (pipeline rehabilitation 25M USD) and EPC2 (collecting stations rehabilitation, 40M USD)
Management of the monthly cost report and comparing it with the forecast.
Analyse the trends of the cost and supporting Project Management‘s decision in case of deviations. Following of all taxes, insurances and financial aspects of the project.
Following of the purchase orders and invoices from suppliers (checking invoice, allocation of cost code and sending to accounting department).
Following of the invoicing to the Client (Progress and Change Orders).
Preparation of timesheet of expatriate personnel and plant equipment.
In charge of the cashbook of the project for local expenditures.
Participation to weekly meetings.

In charge of putting in place company level controls according to Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Creation of a map to control the costs of importations.
