    - Prepare orders from the Company's suppliers for stocks needed based on the monthly sales forecast. ;
    - Coordinate with the suppliers, the clearing agent, the insurance companies, the shipping lines to ensure the timely arrival and clearance of stocks ;
    - Maintain the inventory at the agreed stock cover being not more than 2 months forecast. ;
    - Provide on time information needed to establish the settings on the system for new items (number, description, and other details). ;

    - Prepare stock & sales related reports that are required by the Company's suppliers and submit on the due dates. ;

    - Highlight any potential issues relating to meeting the sales forecast , stock cover requirements, and shipment clearances to the Operation Manager ;
    - Handle all insurance claims arising from damages on arriving shipments
