2010 - maintenant* Design for next generation solar cell process that reduced the cost of the solar cell,
developed an equipment of dry Texturization to increase the efficiency from 16.8%
to 17.5% on multicrystalline wafers in less than 3 year.
* Polished the rear side of solar cell with this equipment (dry Texturization) for
passivation with SiO/SiONx or Al2O3/SiNx.
* Working to plasma Chemical PSG Removal. Plasma optimization has been carried out
in the PECVD reactor at Semco Engineering.
* Design, characterization, process development, and modeling of silicon solar cell.
