I have 20 years of experience in software industry going from product development, alliances, licensing to merger, acquisition and divestitures.

Due to my initial engineering background, I have strong technical background and full understanding of all side of the software industry but now support all dimensions of M&A projects.

My current responsibilities include:
- Management of M&A process including: target assessment, business and legal terms negotiation, due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements, business case, presentation to the boardr, integration planning.
- Management of all divestiture projects for SAP.

    Levallois-Perret 2002 - 2008 San Jose, USA (2001-2006), Paris (2006-2008)
    - Negotiated the largest acquisitions of Business Objects including Crystal Decision $820M and Cartesis $320M.
    - Core to creation and development of new lines of business through acquisition, growing total revenue from less than $100M to more than $400M in 4 years.

    - Managed "cost of sales” budget ($10M) and negotiate all 3rd party OEM agreements embedded in Business Object software, including agreements with: Microsoft, IBM, MySQL, DataDirect and IONA.
  • Nat Systems - R&D development manager

    Maisons-Alfort 1996 - 1999 - Development manager of client server application development tools for IBM and BULL mainframes (NatStar, NSDK).
