2- Referencing products:
-SAP reference
- Choice logistics solution & packaging
- Supplier choice (local production in China or not)
- Negociation with production (price, leadtime & MOQ)
- Forecasts (sales & purchases)
- Defining the price policy (purchasing price negociated with suppliers, cession price to stores, cession margin & mark-up, margin sales...)
3- Provide teamsports goods to Chinese stores by sending orders to production. At the right time, the right price and answering all customer needs
4- Manage stock and sales of the department. Enough stock to be able to realise good sales regarding the period of the year. No stock out/No overstock.
5- Manage logistics issues with warehouse.
