  2019 - maintenant Topic : Physical and mathematical modeling of ion-living matter interaction
  
  The theorical part of this internship consists of estimating radiation dose rate emitted by a Strontrium 90 spherical source on different targets, depending on several environmental conditions.
  
  For the partical part, we'll be simulating the interaction between the radiation & the targets using GATE software of GEANT4 platform made by CERN. The first simulations are made with simple targets & environmental conditions in order to verify theorical expectations (dose rate formula & Katz-Penfold formula for electron range) and the homogeneity of dose distribution. Then we launch simulations in realistic conditions in order to compare with experimental results.
