    In Professional Services team: Responsible for supporting legacy/existing 2G mobile phones with updated maintenance and feature enhancement releases
    - Customer’s location: France, China

    - Day to day communication to ensure resolution of questions, challenges and changes. Conduct regular review meetings with the customer.
    - Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating where required
  • Myriad Group AG - Customer Program Manager

    2009 - 2011 Responsible for the development cycle of two programs from customer requirements to delivery of professional services projects: a 3G mobile TV prototype (based on DVB-H/DVB-SH standards) and a 3G mass market mobile for secure communications - Customer’s location: France, China

    - Collate, prioritize and analyse requirements. Define functional and technical specifications with customer. Work out and negotiate Statement of Work with customer
    - Prepare and maintain realistic project, quality and risks plans. Provide overall project management and guarantee on-time deliveries within budget and agreed level of quality to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience
    - Handle proactive communications, accurate reporting of projects status, deliverables and milestones to stakeholders
  • Sagem Communication - Management of software third party supplier

    2007 - 2007 Management of a provider of mobile software solutions: Messaging clients (SMS/MMS/Email) and WAP browser
    Supplier’s location: US, UK, Romania, Russia

    Liaise with around 40 persons internally (Software apps teams from three Business Units, projects, purchasing)
    - Manage conflicts among BU. Define priorities on a daily basis during critical phases of projects. Control supplier’s deliverables quality to avoid regressions
    - Put in place working practices, action plans, weekly meetings and minutes
    - Organise and led steering committee (agenda, minutes...)
    - Work closely with purchasing to control billing (Gain of around 100k$)
  • Sagem Mobiles - Technological partnerships Project Manager

    2007 - 2008 Management of a GSM/GPRS/EDGE chipsets supplier (international location)
    Act as a key point of contact for both supplier’s and Sagem’s teams, liaising with around 120 persons internally (Hardware, low layers software, projects/products, business)

    Project management / technical coordination
    - Define and follow-up agreed action plan with supplier to achieve project goals
    - Liaise with internal project team to resolve delivery-impacting issues, escalate in a timely manner and manage stakeholders expectations for the project
    - Coordinate weekly cross functional meetings. Build a strong relationship with technical teams of partner supplier. Organize technical workshops and training sessions
    - Drive technical issues to resolution and manage priorities

    Contribute to platform’s roadmap
    - Work closely with internal and supplier’s Marketing departments to synchronise inputs
    - Investigate main chipsets vendors (first contact, presentation of needs and expectations, synthesis, reporting to management and Business). Identify technical and financial crucial factors to elaborate a comparison of existing and upcoming chipsets/platforms to build up technical roadmap
  • Sagem Communication - Deputy of 3G apps team coordinator (internship then job)

    2006 - 2006 Part of 3G apps development and test teams dedicated to Messaging, Browsing and Java games. Liaise with project teams of first 3G Sagem’s mobile phones

    - Representative of the whole team during cross-disciplinaries software meetings
    - Responsible for the team’s metrics
    - Management of near-shore QA team (5 persons). Improvement of Java certification process (TCK/JDTS) and management of two off shore resources (India)
